Kudos for Kasdan
Many thanks for the account of Rabbi Peter Kasdan’s 50th anniversary (“Kasdan celebrates 50 years in the rabbinate,” Oct. 27).
Rabbi Kasdan’s contributions to the larger community in service of social justice causes included Temple Emanu-El of West Essex’s outreach to assist people who fled from Vietnam in the early 1980s. Then and now the “Lone Ranger and Tonto” reach out to the world in need!
