Kobi Offer
Kobi Offer, 71, of Cresskill died Dec. 20, 2017. Born in Israel, he had lived in the United States for over 30 years.
Mr. Offer served as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces during both the Six Day and Yom Kippur wars. He was the son of Avraham Offer, a minister in the Israeli government during the 1970s.
He was an active member of the Builders and Allied Trades Division of Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ’s UJA Campaign leadership. He was also a longtime supporter of Jewish Family Service of Central NJ.
He is survived by his wife, Dalia; his son, Avi of New York; two daughters, Yael of New York and Shira Ben Basat-Offer; two brothers, Danny and Nadav of Israel; and grandchildren.
Services and burial were held in Israel.
