Kenneth Jaffe, 81, of Roseland and Stockbridge, Mass., died Nov. 23, 2010. Born in Washington, DC, he also had lived in New York City.
In the late 1960s Mr. Jaffe founded Kenneth Jaffe, Inc., an advertising agency based originally in New York, and for the past 35 years in New Jersey. He continued running the agency until his death.
He graduated from Cornell University in 1951.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
He served on numerous boards for many years, including JESPY House, Theresa Grotta, and the Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Gail (Henston); his daughter, Hillary of Montclair; his son, Tom of Edwards, Colo.; and four grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 28 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Temple B’nai Jeshurun, Short Hills, or the St. Barnabas Hospice & Palliative Care Center, West Orange.
