Judah Tiktin
Judah Tiktin, 105, of Westfield died March 8, 2011. Born in Jerusalem, he lived in the Bronx and Brooklyn before moving to Westfield in 2006.
Mr. Tiktin was a picture framer in New York City for over 30 years, retiring in 1971.
Predeceased by his wife, Rebecca (Burstein), he is survived by two daughters, Susan Yemin of Westfield and Ellen Gilbert of California; his brother, Morris of Portland, Ore.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services were held March 13 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to a fund of choice at Temple Emanu-El of Westfield or the Center for Hope Hospice.
