Jonathan Haber
Dr. Jonathan Haber, 69, of North Caldwell died Dec. 10, 2017. He was born in Brooklyn and raised in Syracuse, N.Y.
During his 44-year career in podiatry, Dr. Haber was in private practice in Caldwell, served as director of podiatric residency training and chairman of the department at St. Barnabas Medical Center, was associate professor of surgery and dean of Special Academic Projects at the NY College of Podiatric Medicine, and was president of the National Council of Podiatric Medicine, in addition to being published in countless medical journals.
He graduated with a B.A. in psychology
from Syracuse University, and received his DPM at New York School of Podiatric Medicine.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Arlene (Sandler); his daughter, Melanie (Ryan Lipsitz); and a brother and sister-in-law, Alan and Harriet Sandler.
