The paternal grandparents are Anita and Neil Randell of Highland Beach, Fla., and Short Hills. The maternal great-grandmothers are Elaine Engel of Evanston and Mary Lou Loud of Minneapolis. Rachel Pearl Zoe is named in memory of her paternal great-grandmothers Ruth Randell and Pearl Steinberg.
