A daughter, Alexandra Leigh, to JENNIFER and DAVID MELON of Hickory, NC, on June 4, 2015. The maternal grandparents are Vicki and Steve Sage of Rural Retreat, Va. The paternal grandparents are Ruth and Ira Melon of Jackson.

Alexandra joins siblings Ethan and Genevieve.
