Jeffrey Lewitt

Jeffrey Marc Lewitt, 67, of Aventura, Fla., died Dec. 7, 2018. Born and raised in Union, he relocated to Aventura 30 years ago.

Mr. Lewitt was a partner in Lewitt Insurance Agency, Union.

He graduated from Bryant University, Smithfield, R.I.

He played the trumpet from a very young age and continued playing throughout his life.

Predeceased by his father, Julius, in 1982, he is survived by his mother, Rosalind; a sister, Randee (Brian) Stolar; and three nephews, Jay, Sean, and Gabe.

Services were held Dec. 9 with arrangements by Jewish Burial Society of Florida and Levitt Weinstein Memorial Chapels.
