Jason Condit, 10, of Springfield died April 18, 2014.
Jason attended James Caldwell Elementary School in Springfield.
Predeceased by his grandfather Sanford Holzer, he is survived by his parents, William and Lois Condit; a sister, Julie; his grandmother, June Holzer; his uncles and aunt, Charles and Harriet Villani and Michael Condit; and 11 cousins.
Private services were held April 20 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Jason’s Friends Foundation, 138 Westfield Ave., Clark, NJ 07066.
