Ryan Peter Jacobsen, son of Susan and Mitch Jacobsen of Roseland, was married Oct. 7, 2012, to Christine Kovach, daughter of Kathryn and Michael Kovach of Plains, Pa.

Rabbi Daniel Cohen of Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel, South Orange, performed the ceremony at Maplewood Country Club.

The couple met at Ithaca College, where they both received bachelor of arts degrees in theater arts.

Mr. Jacobsen is a production manager at Bentley Meeker Lighting and Staging in Manhattan.

The couple honeymooned in Italy.
