Lois and Barry Jacobs of Montville announce the engagement of their daughter, Hillary Samantha, to Eric H. Rosen, son of Sharon and Jordon Rosen of Wilmington, Del.
Ms. Jacobs graduated from University of Delaware. She is a special education teacher at Newark Charter School in Newark, Del.
Mr. Rosen is also a graduate of University of Delaware. He is an investment banking analyst at Citigroup Global Markets Inc., New York City.
A late 2014 wedding is planned.
