Inez Lief

Inez Lief, 85, of West Hartford, Conn., died July 7, 2012. Born in Newark, she lived in Morristown most of her life before moving to West Hartford six years ago.

Mrs. Lief was a Realtor with various real estate companies for more than 30 years before retiring in 2006.

She was a member and past sisterhood president of Morristown Jewish Center Beit Yisrael. She was also a past president of the Morris County Board of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors.

Predeceased by her husband, Teddy J.; her son, Barry; and a grandson, Derek Tranchida, she is survived by her daughter, Linda Tranchida of Avon, Conn.; her son, Scott of Ridgewood; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services were held July 10 with arrangements by Dangler Funeral Home, Morris Plains.
