Howard Mann

Howard Elliot Mann, 66, of Jefferson Township died Feb. 24, 2011. He was formerly of the Bronx.

Mr. Mann is survived by two sisters, Shelly Russo and Gail Phillips.

Services were held Feb. 27 with arrangements by Louis Suburban Chapel, Fair Lawn.
