Howard Paul Greenwald, 96, of South Orange died March 24, 2019. He was born in New York City.
Mr. Greenwald served in the U.S. Army during WW II in the Pacific Theater.
He was self-employed as a manufacturer of ladies accessories and was a member of Congregation B’nai Israel, Millburn, where he was a pillar of the morning minyan.
He is survived by his wife, Naomi (Rosenfeld) and daughters, Maureen Frank of Denver, and Elyse Greenwald of Washington, D.C.
Services were held March 27 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
