Herbert Schulman

Herbert Schulman, 88, of Springfield died Sept. 9, 2017. He was born in Newark. 

Mr. Schulman was the owner of American Beauty Bedding in Newark. 

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army who served during the Korean War.

He is survived by two sons, Ira of Florida and Gary of Pennsylvania; his daughter, Lori Schuricht of Vincentown; two sisters, Audrey Rosenblatt of Caldwell and Rita Zimring of New Jersey; four grandchildren; and his partner, Bernice Friedman of Springfield.

Services were held Sept. 13 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
