HAYLEY and SCOTT PROCHAZKA

A daughter, Aubrey Mia (Chaya Miriam), to HAYLEY and SCOTT PROCHAZKA of Livingston on May 28, 2014. The maternal grandparents are Nancy and Warren Siegel of Livingston. The paternal grandparents are Joanne and Gus Prochazka of Lake Forest, Ill., and Delray Beach, Fla. Aubrey Mia is named in memory of her maternal great-uncle Aaron Meislin, her maternal great-grandmother Miriam Prussack, her maternal grandmother Helen Siegel, and her paternal grandmother Mary Bass.

Aubrey joins two brothers, Braden and Cooper.
