Harry Freeman
Harry Freeman of Wall Township, 100, died Dec. 30, 2014. Born in Newark, he resided in Irvington and West Orange before moving to Wall in 2013.
Mr. Freeman was a traffic manager for Capitol Lighting and retired at the age of 96 after over 50 years at the business.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II on the USS Cowell as a machinist mate, 2nd class.
Predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Stella, in 2006, he is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Freeman of Wall and Ronnie Freeman of Ocean Grove; a sister, Adeline Hudson; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services were held Jan. 2 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
