Harold Judd

Harold Judd, 88, of Westfield died Aug. 1, 2015. He was born in Luzerne, Pa. 

Mr. Judd was a project leader and regional sales manager for three chemical engineering firms over the course of his career. 

He earned a degree in chemical engineering from Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of Pi Lambda Phi fraternity. 

He enlisted in the Army at age 16 and served in Germany. 

He was a longtime member of Temple Emanu-El in Westfield, and participated in raising funds for Jewish and community causes. 

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Maxine Epstine Judd; two sons, Martin (Christine Yovnello) of Red Bank and Samuel (Renee Migdal) of Stamford, Conn.; his daughter, Amy (William Paly) of Marblehead, Mass.; and five grandchildren.

Services were held Aug. 2 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Achavas Achim, c/o Dr. Richard Grossman, 489 Market St., Kingston, PA 18704 or Alzheimer’s Association
