Gloria Sandbank
Gloria Muriel Sandbank, 69, of Jackson died Nov. 22, 2011. Born in New York City, she lived in Brooklyn and Avenel before settling in Jackson over 30 years ago.
Mrs. Sandbank worked as a bookkeeper for Universal Processing Equipment, Robbinsville, until her retirement in 2000.
She received her BA from Brooklyn College.
She was a longtime member of Temple Beth Am, now Beth Am Shalom, in Lakewood.
Predeceased by her husband, Martin, in 2003, she is survived by two daughters, Michelle of Sewell and Amy of Brooklyn; a brother, Milton of Silver Spring, Md.; and a grandchild.
Services were held Nov. 23 with arrangements by Belkoff-Goldstein Funeral Chapel, Lakewood. Memorial contributions may be made to Beth Am Shalom.
