Marlene and Stephen Ginsberg of Randolph announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Blair, to Joshua Ian Silverstone, son of Shelly and Eliot Silverstone of Silver Spring, Md.

Ms. Ginsberg earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology cum laude from Northwestern University and her JD cum laude from the George Washington University Law School. She is a negotiations legal specialist at the National Treasury Employees Union in Washington, DC.

Mr. Silverstone earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He is a sales consultant.

An Aug. 18, 2013, wedding is planned.
