Gilbert Gold
Gilbert S. Gold, 94, of Lawrenceville died Nov. 14, 2015. Born in Trenton, he was an area resident all his life.
Dr. Gold was a dentist in private practice for 22 years, and later was employed as a dentist by the State of New Jersey’s Division of Medical Assistance.
He attended Lehigh University and was a graduate of the Temple University Dental School.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was a lifelong member of Har Sinai Temple, serving as a member of the board of trustees. He served as first vice president and on the board of directors of Greenwood House.
Predeceased by his wife, Ruth Widder Gold, he is survived by his son, Robert (Mary); his daughter, Nedda Gold Massar; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and a dear friend, Gloria Levy.
Services were held Nov. 17 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing. Memorial contributions may be made to Greenwood House or Har Sinai Temple.
