FRIEDMAN-KURNIT
Staci Friedman, daughter of Toni and William Friedman of Springfield, was married Sept. 28, 2013, to Andrew Kurnit, son of Barbara and Jonathan Kurnit of New York City.
Rabbi Shira Stern performed the ceremony at The Rockleigh.
The new Mrs. Kurnit, a graduate of Jonathan Dayton High School in Springfield, received her BS from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She is director of e-commerce for Tarte Cosmetics in New York City.
Mr. Kurnit, a graduate of Rutgers Preparatory School in Somerset, received his BBA in finance from Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta. He is an MBA candidate at New York University Stern School of Business, planning to graduate in May.
The couple resides in New York City.
