Frank L. Stifelman, Esq., 77, of Palm City, Fla., died Jan. 28, 2015. Born in Newark, he lived with his family in South Orange and West Orange.
Mr. Stifelman was a law secretary to the Honorable Philip Forman, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, and was a Certified Public Accountant prior to cofounding the law firm Orloff, Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel in Roseland. In high school, he was a young scholar and an Eagle Scout, graduating two years early at the age of 16. He received his BS from Rutgers University School of Business, his JD from Rutgers University School of Law, and his LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law.
He was a member of the American, New Jersey, and Essex County bar associations for 50 years.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Ross Stifelman; his daughter, Jamie Dunn; two sons, David and Michael; and eight grandchildren.
