Frank D. Levi, Jr.
Frank D. Levi, Jr., 83, of Short Hills died July 7, 2018. He was born in East Orange.
Mr. Levi spent the majority of his career as an artist known for his wordgraphics.
He graduated from Columbia High School, Maplewood, in 1953 and from University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Phi Epsilon Pi
fraternity.
He served in the Army.
Having had cardiac surgery at ages 49 and 70, he became a volunteer for Mended Hearts at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He enjoyed playing guitar when he was younger and piano later in life.
Predeceased by his wife of more than 40 years, Lynn, he is survived by two sons, Gregg (Theresa) of Wellington, Fla., and David (Dina) of Wilton, Conn.; six grandchildren; and his partner of 11 years, Judy Baker.
Services were held July 13 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
