Live Well @ the JCC of Middlesex County in Edison is a health, fitness, and wellness program for the over-55 age group. The Morris County Historical Society's latest exhibit explores cultural history through a retrospective featuring nearly 100 pieces from its historic textile collection. The exhibit highlights cultural milestones from the 1920s to the 1970s and clothing styles mirrored historical events. Jewish Family & Children’s Service will offer the third in a series of full-day Youth Mental Health First Aid certification sessions on Sunday, April 28, 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. at the agency’s offices in Princeton. The program provides the tools to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance abuse disorders. Certification is from the National Council for Behavioral Health.
