The film “Heading Home: The Tale of Team Israel,” which tracks the underdog journey of Israel’s national baseball team as it competes for the first time in the World Baseball Classic, will premier locally this month. Directed by Seth Kramer, Daniel A. Miller, and Jeremy Newberger, “Heading Home” will open at the Clairidge Cinemas (bowtiecinemas.com/clairidge-cinema) in Montclair on Friday, Sept. 6, and at Maplewood Theater (maplewoodtheater.com) on Friday, Sept. 13.
