Registration is open for the 17th annual Israel Mission sponsored by Congregation Ahavas Achim, Highland Park, with the Goldberg family, Jan. 16-28, 2019. The mission will include roundtrip non-stop flights on El Al Israel Airlines from Newark, eight nights at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel, two nights at the Carlton Hotel in Tel Aviv, a three-day touring excursion with experienced guides, full Israeli breakfast daily, two dinners in Tel Aviv, Friday night and Shabbat lunches, tips, transfers, and handling. Rutgers Hillel visit
Raritan Valley Hadassah will visit Rutgers University’s Hillel on Wednesday May 1, meeting at 11 a.m. on 70 College Ave., New Brunswick. Participants may have lunch at Hillel’s Bistro70, a kosher cafe. There is a suggested $10 contribution to benefit Hillel.

Trip to the “Ohel,” Gravesite of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson
Sponsored by Chabad Center of Northwest NJ, Rockaway, in observance of Schneerson’s 25th yahrtzeit. Chartered air conditioned buses will leave the Chabad Educational Center, 65 Pawnee Ave., at 9 a.m. and return at 1:30 p.m. Includes catered breakfast.
