Greenwood House senior care facility in Ewing is seeking volunteers for its Labbok Kosher Meals on Wheels program, which delivers hot meals to Jewish and non-Jewish elderly, homebound, and disabled in Ewing, Lawrence, Trenton, and surrounding areas. Opportunities are available for hands-on tasks or behind the scenes. Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Greater Mercer County (JFCS) will launch a new Dementia Caregiver Connection Group that will include a support group for the caregiver, a separate activity for the family member with dementia, and a lunch for all participants.
