Israel’s modern history
Congregation Beth Mordecai in Perth Amboy will continue a class on the modern history of Israel on Tuesdays, Feb. 26, March 12 and 26, April 9 and 30, and May 14, at 7 p.m. “Israel’s Milestones and Their Meanings,” taught by Rabbi Sara Metz and Mark Fertik, explores the pivotal events of 1917, 1947, and 1967.
