Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Greater Mercer County offers an In-Home Geriatric Care Management Consultation service for seniors and their adult children. Led by a team of certified geriatric care managers, the in-home consultation will review overall health and wellness, including medical and/or physical conditions, support networks, and legal documentation. Dementia caregiver group
Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Greater Mercer County (JFCS) will launch a new Dementia Caregiver Connection Group that will include a support group for the caregiver, a separate activity for the family member with dementia, and a lunch for all participants.
