Vocalist performance

Vocalist/guitarist Phyllis Chapell, who performs American standards, Broadway, and pop tunes in many languages, including Hebrew and Yiddish, will sing at JCC of Middlesex County, Edison, on Tuesday, Feb. 12, at 1:30 p.m.
