A support group for teens who are experiencing anxiety and depression This group will allow teens to communicate and share experiences in a safe and supportive setting.

• Assertively communicate needs and challenges
• Utilize meditation and mindfulness
• Manage anxious thoughts
• Increase awareness of your feelings
• Incorporate techniques to reduce anxiety
