Rosh Hodesh Adar 1 with Rabbi Dantowitz @ TBA

February 6, 2019 , 7:30 pm

Rosh Hodesh is the celebration of the new Hebrew month and is a special time for women. Sisterhood—The Women’s Connection, led by Rabbi Faith Joy Dantowitz, welcomes all women to join in an evening of learning, warmth, and spiritual growth. On Wednesday, February 6, 7:30 PM, at Temple B’nai Abraham, Rosh Hodesh Adar 1 will be discussed.

Adar I is an extra month on the Jewish Calendar (We know Rosh Hashanah is always “on time” but may feel “early” or “late”). Purim is celebrated in Adar II, a month when we celebrate strong women in the Book of Esther and Purim. We will spend the evening celebrating and learning about strong Jewish women. Rabbi Dantowitz will lead the learning.

Everyone is also welcome to bring a story of a strong Jewish woman. All women are invited to join us to welcome the new month in an evening of warmth, sisterhood, connection, learning and noshing.

RSVP required, email fdantowitz@tbanj.org, online at www.tbanj.org or 973.994.2290.
