DESCRIPTION:Navigating a cancer experience or living with a chronic disease can be debilitating and challenging. Often we feel greater stress\, fatigue\, anxiety and\, more importantly\, we feel alone. We are offering the four workshops designed as stand-alone topics but they are collectively integrated.  Join us and learn tools and strategies to create a better survivorship program and come meet others with similar experiences.
