DESCRIPTION:Armando Lucas Correa\, author of “The Daughter’s Tale\,” will kick off the third season of the “Meet The Author” series at 7:30 p.m. at Congregation Torat El\, Oakhurst.  \nCorrea\, an award-winning journalist\, editor\, and author\, introduced his previous book\, “The German Girl\,” at an event from the series in 2017. His new book is a story exploring a hidden piece of World War II history and the lengths a mother will go to protect her children. Based on true events\, it is a family saga of love\, survival\, and redemption.  \n“The Daughter’s Tale” is available for purchase at the temple office for\n$20 and will be signed by the author during the program. Pre-paid reservations are $15 per person and can be made at torat-el.org or by calling 732-531-4410. The charge is $20 per person at the door. A dessert buffet will be served.  \nThis event is made possible through a grant from the B’nai Sholom/Beth El Foundation. \n
