Live Well @ the JCC of Middlesex County in Edison is a health, fitness, and wellness program for the over-55 age group.
Zumba Gold, an aerobic program geared toward the active older adult, will continue on Tuesdays, Sept. 17 and 24 and Oct. 8 and 29, at 9 a.m.
Each program costs $45, which entitles individuals to participate in Live Well programs through June 2020; free for Community Campus members. RSVP to 732-494-3232.
