DESCRIPTION:Live Well @ the JCC of Middlesex County in Edison is a health\, fitness\, and wellness program for the over-55 age group.  \nBody Fit Strength\, a functional fitness class to slow down the aging process and increase strength\, bone and muscle density\, balance\, coordination and flexibility\, will resume Thursday\, March 7\, and continue through April 25 (no class April 11)\, at 10:15 a.m. \nEach program costs $45\, which entitles individuals to participate in Live Well programs through June 2019; free for Community Campus members.
