SUMMARY:Immigrant Advocacy Gathering
DESCRIPTION:Livingston Township Hall\, 7 p.m. Members of Montclair’s Bnai Keshet and local faith and immigrant advocacy organizations will gather to demand better conditions at the Essex County Correctional Facility (ECCF); most of the detainees are immigrants and refugees who have not been charged with crimes. Participants will visit Essex County Executive Joe DiVincenzo and attend a County Freeholder’s meeting.
