Booked to Cook Event

Temple Shalom is hosting a “Booked to Cook” event that is open to the community. It will take place on February 20th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
The program features Shannon Sarna Goldberg, author of Modern Jewish Baker. Her book offers step-by-step instructions for the core doughs of Jewish baking while adding modern flavors and new ideas.

The cost is $40 and includes a light meal and a glass of wine. The evening includes sampling of foods from the Lower East Side and celebrating modern Jewish cuisine.
