DESCRIPTION:Temple Shalom is hosting a “Booked to Cook” event that is open to the community. It will take place on February 20th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.\nThe program features Shannon Sarna Goldberg\, author of Modern Jewish Baker. Her book offers step-by-step instructions for the core doughs of Jewish baking while adding modern flavors and new ideas. \nThe cost is $40 and includes a light meal and a glass of wine. The evening includes sampling of foods from the Lower East Side and celebrating modern Jewish cuisine. \nTemple Shalom is located at 5 Ayrmont Lane in Aberdeen.
