DESCRIPTION:Artist in Residence Program with Guest Artist: David Rabinowitz\n2019 Oscar Winner for Best Adapted Screenplay with Charlie Wachtel\, Kevin Willmott\, and Spike Lee – East Brunswick Jewish Center\,\n511 Ryders Lane\, East Brunswick\, NJ 0816. \nWriter’s Workshop: On Thursday\, July 25th\, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM\, Oscar winner\, David Rabinowitz\, will deliver a Writer’s seminar for aspiring screenwriters entitled “So You Want to Be a Screenwriter.” Participants will have the opportunity to share their ideas with David who will take the audience through the sometimes convoluted and illogical process of the transformation from wanting to be a screenwriter to becoming one. \nThe venue\, open to the public and EBJC members\, will be held at the East Brunswick Jewish Center at 511 Ryders Lane. Attendance will be limited to 10 participants from EBJC and 20 participants from the public. The public will be charged $36 per person.
