Evelyn Krumholz

Evelyn Krumholz (Sauer), 92, of West Orange died Nov. 9, 2012. Born in Newark, she was raised in Maplewood and then, after her marriage, lived in Irvington, Springfield, and Short Hills before moving to West Orange.

Mrs. Krumholz was a bookkeeper and controller and worked for many years at Tenney Engineering, Temple Emanu-El of Livingston, and later for Mr. Jay, First Lady, and DRG International.

A former member of Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael in Springfield, she was a member of Women’s International, Hadassah, Sisterhood, the Senior League, and Hazak. She was a longtime volunteer at Overlook Hospital.

Predeceased by her husband, Bernard, in 1988, she is survived by twin children, Bryan of Dunellen and Beth Krumholz of Boynton Beach, Fla.

Services were held Nov. 11 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels of Millburn.
