Edwin Schlosser
Edwin B. Schlosser, 85, of Monroe Township died Sept. 24, 2012. Born in Queens, he resided in Short Hills and Long Island, NY, before moving to Monroe in 1984.
Prior to retiring in 1989, Mr. Schlosser was a sales manager for Arrow Shirts, Manhattan.
A Navy veteran of World War II, he served May 30, 1945-July 28, 1946.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Dorothy Hayman Schlosser; his son, Bruce of East Patchogue, NY; his daughter, Joy Champion of Middlesex; two brothers, Melvin of Springfield and Larry of Edgewater, Fla.; and four grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 28 with arrangements by Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to the United States Wounded Soldiers Foundation, 11700 Preston Rd., Suite 660, PMB 135, Dallas, Texas 75230.
