Dorothy Saaz
Dorothy R. Saaz (Rosenthal), 99, of Newtown, Pa., died May 7, 2014. She was born in Trenton.
Mrs. Saaz worked as a social worker for 23 years on a child study team for the Trenton Board of Education.
She graduated from Trenton Central High School, received a BA from Douglass College, and did graduate work at New York School for Social Work.
Predeceased by her husband, H. Harvey, in 1958, she is survived by twin daughters, Susan (Arthur III) Barsky and Caren von Hippel (William C. Walker Jr.); her son, Ned E.; three grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held May 7 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing. Memorial contributions may be made to Chandler Hall, 99 Barclay St., Newtown, PA 18940, Attn: Accounting Dept.
