Dorothy Golding

Dorothy Savage Golding, 92, of Short Hills died Nov. 25, 2013. She was born and lived most of her life in Kearny before moving to Monroe Township in 1990.

Before retiring, Mrs. Golding worked as a bookkeeper at Golding Manufacturing Company, North Arlington.

She was a past president of the sisterhood at Congregation Bʼnai Israel, Kearny/North Arlington.

Predeceased by her husband, Jack, she is survived by her daughter, Marilyn (Larry) White of Short Hills; her son, Mark (Margaret) of Sterling, Pa.; a brother, Philip Savage of Monroe; two granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren.

Services were held Nov. 29 with arrangements by Union Funeral Home, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to The Rachel Simon Project at The Hillel Theater of Hebrew University.
