The paternal grandparents are Stephanie and Ronald Attman of Baltimore. The maternal great-grandmother is Adele Fields of Marlboro. The paternal great-grandmother is Pasha Flax of Chevy Chase, Md. The paternal great-grandfather is Edward Attman of Baltimore. Samuel Max is named in memory of his maternal great-grandfather Samuel Fields and his paternal great-grandmother Mildred Attman.
Samuel Max joins a brother, Ryan Parker, and sister, Sydney Blake.
