David Schultz, 85, of Monroe Township died Nov. 8, 2013. Born in Manhattan, he resided in South Brunswick for 60 years before moving to Monroe nine years ago.
While residing in South Brunswick, Mr. Schultz was self-employed as a poultry farmer for 20 years, then as a building contractor for 40 years.
He was a member of the Jewish Congregation of Clearbrook in Monroe and was a past member of former Congregations Sha’are Shalom of South Brunswick, where his family was among the founders, and Anshe Emeth of South River.
Predeceased by his twin brother, Sol, and his daughter Karen (married to Elliot) Kramer in 2009, he is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marilyn Lerman Schultz; his daughter Shelley (Alan) Bilsky of Dresher, Pa.; and four grandchildren.
