David Peck, 71, of Freehold died Feb. 17, 2011. Born in Brooklyn, he grew up in Moodus, Conn. He returned to Brooklyn after college, moving to Freehold 42 years ago.
Mr. Peck was vice president of Corporate Systems at Carter Wallace, Inc., Cranbury, before retiring.
He graduated from the University of Rhode Island.
He served in the National Guard for several years and was a past member of Temple Shaari Emeth, Manalapan.
Predeceased by his first wife, Gloria Gewirtz Peck, in 1985, he is survived by his son, Michael; his daughter, Laurie Peck Ferraro; his sister, Sandra Zack of Deep River, Conn.; his brother, Robert Peck of West Hills, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Services were held Feb. 20 with arrangements by Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
