David Appel

David Appel, 92, of Springfield died July 22, 2012. He was born in Czechoslovakia and lived most of his life in the United States.

Mr. Appel was a retired carpenter.

He was a member of Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael, Springfield.

He is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Frieda (“Malchi”); two sons, Simon and Alex Hersh; a brother, Yehoshua; and two grandchildren.
