Collaborative effort

Thank you for the outstanding coverage of the May 19 Israel advocacy event at the West Orange JCC (“Workshop helps area teens ‘Stand Up for Israel,’” May 26).

I wanted to clarify that this was a collaborative venture with the Community Relations Committee of MetroWest, headed by associate CRC director Melanie Roth Gorelick and Etzion Neuer, NJ director of the Anti-Defamation League. We all worked together to create and implement this program, and I am honored and privileged to work with such dedicated colleagues with the intention of promoting Israel awareness, especially among the teens of our communities.
